Shipping policy

We will ship within the fifty (50) states of the United States.  Shipping notification will be sent as soon as the label is created and tracking will provide updates, as allowed by the applicable shipping service.  All items will be shipped using USPS standard delivery.  Upgraded delivery can be selected at time of checkout within the limitations of Shopify and its product.  For the Record cannot be responsible for items damaged in transit.  Whenever reasonable, Company will pursue claims against the appropriate shipping entity in the event of a damaged item being received.  Company cannot guarantee the outcome of any such claims.
